Patricia Buckley, Investment Operations Analyst, joined SAC in 2023. She closely collaborates daily with SAC’s Portfolio Management and Operations Teams to streamline operational processes and enhance trading efficiency. Before joining Smith Affiliated Capital, she served as a senior risk associate at Carne Group, where she supported investment management companies in navigating the regulatory landscape of Irish and Luxembourg-regulated funds. Her responsibilities included informing clients of regulatory changes, ensuring compliance with investment limits, and presenting risk reports to fund boards. Prior to her role at Carne Group, Patricia gained valuable experience as an Investment Management Oversight Intern at Schroder’s Luxembourg. Patricia earned her BA in International Business from the University of Limerick, Ireland, and has passed the CFA level 1 exam.
