LIONEL GATLING, M.S., Research Analyst Lionel joined SAC as a research analyst in 2017. Lionel is responsible for providing credit research on corporate and preferred holdings as well as updates on credit rating changes and upcoming municipal issues coming to market. In addition, he assists the operations team in reconciling cash holdings to ensure accurate billing and client reporting and keeps current our data on coupon rates and maturity dates for our municipal team. Before joining SAC, Lionel worked as a Real Estate Analyst for 522 Capital Partners, an intern at CRESA, and a clerical trainee to the Director of Civil Rights and Diversity at the National Institute of Standards and Technology. Lionel completed his M.S. in Real Estate at New York University and his undergraduate degree in Business Administration at Morgan State University.
